IMPORTANT: At this #ServiceUnites pilot project, volunteers will engage and interact with people with diverse political affiliations. Volunteers will have opportunities to get to know folks with varying affiliations and be encouraged to connect with each other as we work together to help those in need. We will do our very best to have equal volunteer representation across political affiliations. We ask that volunteers come with open minds and hearts. The purpose is not to launch a political debate, but to help out a worthy cause in unison.

ABOUT #SERVICEUNITES

Join us for our pilot #ServiceUnites project on Wednesday, April 26 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Food Bank in Raleigh during National Volunteer Week 2017!

#ServiceUnites is an initiative designed to bring folks with diverse political views together to volunteer for causes we all care about.
At the #ServiceUnites pilot project, volunteers will engage and interact with people who have different political views. Volunteers will have opportunities to get to know folks with varying affiliations and be encouraged to connect with each other as we work together to help those in need. We will do our very best to have equal volunteer representation across political affiliations. We ask that volunteers come with open minds and hearts. The purpose is not to launch a political debate, but to help out a worthy cause in unison.
Due to limited space, registration is required.

NOTE: Beginning March 13, the City of Raleigh will be performing construction on Crabtree Blvd. near the Food Bank facility. This will require a detour for all traffic coming from the beltline.
