Garden Work Day at Alliance!

What You'll Do:

Come dig in our garden! Every 2nd Saturday (9:30a-12pm) and 4th Wednesday (5:30-7pm) From April - October. Work on planting, weeding, mulching, and creative projects in the Alliance Community Garden.


Appropriate for group service projects

Appropriate for court-ordered service

Must be 18 years or older, or 12 years or older with parental supervision



Vegetables grown in our community go directly to feed the patients that visit the Alliance Clinic. Your contribution is huge. Come out and help us plant, weed, harvest, and tend to the many wonderful, nourishing plants in our garden and learn more about the Alliance Mission.

Please bring a REFILLABLE water bottle, closed toed shoes, clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Please note that we have bee hives on site at the garden. The bees are very gentle and we have Epi-pens on site

Will work in light rain, will cancel for heavy rain.

Parking Info:

We have a large parking lot located to the east of our facility off Donald Ross Drive. Our facility is housed in an old church building with a steeple. The garden is visible on the South-East corner of Donald Ross and New Bern Avenue!
