Join us for an NCCAA signature event to benefit some of the 1.4 million residents living in poverty. On Tuesday, January 26, we are hosting the Big Pop Up (BPU)—the first four large-scaled community-based drive-through events which will provide needed supplies to residents. During this event, we will supply fresh produce, personal protection equipment, householdsupplies, prepared meals and other essential items and information to vulnerable families impacted by
COVID-19—in a safe, socially distant environment.
As individuals remain safely in their vehicles, they will drive through various stations, where volunteers
will deliver supplies to their open trunks. This event is a major undertaking, requiring our collective
presence in both urban and rural communities across the state, now more than ever. Needs are great,
however, by partnering with organizations such as yours, we can meet our expectation of serving at
least 1,000 families at our kick-off event in Raleigh.
