Volunteers needed to help staff a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic hosted by NeighborHealth Center and the Raleigh-Apex NAACP!

Volunteers needed to help staff a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic hosted by NeighborHealth Center and the Raleigh-Apex NAACP!

Volunteers will help with event set-up and clean-up, registering patients, directing the safe flow of guest traffic, and supporting other guest needs to create a welcoming environment.

Volunteers must be age 18 and up. Volunteers will need to sign a confidentiality waiver to protect patient privacy.

Volunteers will be provided with an Activate Good tee-shirt on site which must be worn to identify them as event volunteers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Volunteers should plan to bring their own PPE and wear a mask at all times during their shift.
Volunteers are NOT guaranteed access to a vaccine at the site. If a volunteer is interested in potentially receiving a vaccine at the clinic, if there are doses available, they should complete their vaccine pre-registration on the State's vaccine website prior to their volunteer shift.

Rain Plan:

This event is indoors and will occur rain or shine. In the event of rain, consider bringing an umbrella to help walk guests to the front door!

Parking Info:

Volunteers should park in the back of the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center parking lot (NOT the front; front spots must be reserved for vaccine guests), then walk around the front of the building to undergo a quick health screening at the building entrance.
