Details:

The beautiful weather is finally arriving and it's time to enjoy some planting in the garden.

Wildwoods Community Farm is a gathering place for connecting to the land, fostering friendships with neighbors, and a source for natural, fresh food. Located on 4 acres in Chapel Hill, NC the space is a community farm, botanical garden, and animal sanctuary with opportunities to live and work on the farm during the growing season in farm apprentice programs. The farm also offers in-depth learning through internships, farm classes, and more!

Please note that this is a newer farm so it is still in the process of transforming the land from dirt and trees to beautiful gardens, ponds, and structures. They have lots of work for everyone, regardless of your interest! Most of the work is outdoor work so please come in clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty.

Light snacks provided. Supervised kids welcome!
