This project is part of Activate Good's September Month of Service and 9/11 Remembrance.. Help keep the facility clean and safe for therapeutic riding lessons & lesson horses!

This project is part of Activate Good's September Month of Service and 9/11 Remembrance.. Volunteers will help with beautifying the grounds of Horses for Hope with mowing, weed whacking, power washing, dragging pastures, fence mending, cutting trees, trail maintenance and more!


How to dress/what to bring: Water, work gloves, closed toe shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. If you have tools for the trail maintenance tasks, please bring them (chainsaw, rakes, weedwackers, shovels, etc). Closed toe shoes are mandatory.

Parking Info:

Volunteers should park in the parking lot or if overflow parking is needed the lower pasture will be opened - buses are too big or could get stuck. Please carpool if you can. Volunteers will check-in at the building by the barn.
