Details:*MUST COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK*
Our volunteer tutors work with Wake County students, kindergarten through 12th grade, who are struggling with classes and coursework. Working under the supervision of programming staff and experienced tutors, Teach4REACH volunteer tutors provide direct academic and enrichment support to the students in Passage Home’s REACH program.
The time commitment is generally one hour per week during after-school or early evening hours (2:30pm – 7pm), depending on student schedules. Once matched, tutors and students are asked to commit to these one-hour, weekly sessions for the duration of the student’s semester.
Impact Statement:Support the positive social, emotional, and academic development of our Wake County youth by serving as a Teach4REACH tutor!
