What You'll Do:

Volunteers will assist in assembling materials that tutors use to implement the HELPS literacy program to students in the US. Opportunity will be held indoors, so you'll definitely stay warm!

Appropriate for group service projects

Must be 13 years or older

Details:

Helps Education Fund currently offers 11 different programs and 6 primary services. Our programs and services are being used by educators and community organizations throughout the United States and in several countries around the world.

You'll be helping in making materials for our HELPS program, a program designed to improve students’ reading fluency and confidence. The materials consist of a student binder, teacher binder, and bonus bags.

Impact Statement:

The assembly of these materials are vital to the implementation of our HELPS reading literacy program. This program is used to help increase reading confidence in elementary school students.

There is parking located in the side of the Loading Dock. There is a ramp in the parking lot.
