The following volunteer opportunities have been listed as appropriate for court-ordered community service.
Come be a part of our team! Our reuse center welcomes all people interested in joining our community and volunteering at the resuse center.
We are seeking individuals, churches, organizations, social groups, and employers to host a hygiene drive to collect hygiene products to increase our hygiene inventory so we can continue to provide hygiene kits to more Wake County youths.
Do you like puppies? We have the job for you. A puppy needs proper, appropriate and regular socialization in order to grown into a well-adjusted adult dog. Come and spend a few hours with our pups and help them get ready for their forever home.
There is need for a volunteer with access to a truck to pick up items from the Raleigh/Cary area and deliver to Durham.
Open Table Ministry operates a "Free Store" twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and we need volunteers to help us staff it!
What You'll Do: Volunteers are needed for our thrift store. Great opportunity for all ages - students, stay home parents and retirees. Use your time and talent helping us process donations at our thrift store.
Need individuals or teams of volunteers who can assist in moving bins of school supplies to another area to prepare for our annual school supply drive as well as labeling the bins with the names of donors. Tuesdays/Thursdays 12:30-5:00. Can be flexible on other days - notify me!
We are currently looking for a volunteer that has social media and website management experience for at least between 5-10 hours a week.
Assist with organizing donations for children and families.
