Group Volunteer Opportunities

The following volunteer opportunities have been listed as appropriate for groups of volunteers who want to work together.
We need your leadership skills to help us lead / support our Signature Project during this year's 9/11 Day of Service at East Garner Middle School! You'll need to complete an online training and be flexible in the roles you take on that day as there are many tasks to accomplish.
Please help at our community farm this weekend! We have lots of baby seedlings, flowers, herbs and lavender that need to be planted to keep them from alive and healthy. All ages welcome. Come for a few minutes or a couple hours.
Ongoing community service opportunity which consists of trash collection and clean up along Hillsborough Street and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Help us help others! Our monthly adoption event features adoptable dogs of all ages! We are also available to complete nail trims for a $10 donation We need help passing out information, setting up /breaking down the event, baby sitting the adoptable dogs while onlookers ask questions.
Join us on the farm helping to organize garden sheds, plants, and wood piles. It's easy but a huge help!

HSCSC is recruiting volunteers to help administer an intercept survey at this year's Packapalooza event. Volunteers will serve for 1-hour shifts between 1 PM and 5 PM during the event on Saturday, August 24th. All volunteers will be briefed before their shift and incentivized for their time.
