2021: Strengthening Our Capacity
In 2021, we began strategizing for a 2022 organizational restructure and the establishment of Activate Good’s first ever HR management role and function. This welcomed a new era of hiring standards and procedures, staff engagement, intentional teambuilding, professional development, and generous work-life balance initiatives.
The intention has been to bolster our external impact by better supporting and impacting our staff from within, too. Investing in healthier staff is one of the best investments any team can make, because healthy people will generate healthy outcomes for their cause.
Impact Over the Years
Activate Good’s goal is to achieve sustained civic empowerment and participation across the Triangle.
