About Dignity Week
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is the only U.S. federal holiday designated as a day of service. While formally this is held on the third Monday of every January, Activate Good extends this into a weekend or week-long event focusing on addressing needs to support human dignity. We call this Dignity Week!
Serve, Learn, and Connect with the community
Community members are invited to sign up to help a variety of causes during MLK Day of Service and Dignity Week at nearly a dozen projects, including but not limited to:
- Meal services or delivery to neighbors in need
- Community clean-ups
- School beautification
- And more!
